Most of our products are handmade or handcrafted, so it is surely not identical with each other. You may see the product with little variation from one another as it is not machine made, but a unique creation from artisans.
So, the cancellation and replacement are entertained only in case of any damaged product(s).
Some of the product(s) may take little, longer time from usual processing time in case of any customised orders or in multiple units/numbers, once initiated or ordered cannot be cancelled at any point of time. But certainly, customer will get all updates for the delay in any case in their respective mail ids or on WhatsApp.
Cancellations:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance cell or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verification’s or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Account.

Defective and damaged products received by customer can be returned within 2 working days, from the day of delivery.
In case of requests for order cancellations by you, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (twenty hours) from making the order. Company has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Company and accept Company’s decision regarding the cancellation.
RETURNS
You have 2 business days to return an item from the date you received it.
Return will be processed ONLY in case of a manufacturing defect and damaged product received. You have to mail usat [email protected] with clear pictures of the proof in such a case.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return item must be in the original packaging.
Fall Pico completed in sarees will not be eligible for a return.
Silver filigree items cannot be returned for exchange/refund.
Refund &Replacement
Once we receive the returned item from you, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If the returned product satisfies the desired original condition;we will replace the same with the same product as per the availability.
We will only process refund in case of unavailability of the same item or product purchased from us. The shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Thiswill be confirmed to you by message on your contact number and by email to your given mail id.
Please note: In case of any replacement, we may take 7 to 10 days for further processing and intimate you accordingly.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer must self-return the products through a safe courier or speed post.
